Refer a Client to Renewed Mind

Renewed Mind Counseling & Consulting welcomes referrals from healthcare providers, schools, community agencies, and other professionals seeking outpatient counseling services for adults and adolescents.

In person services are available in Jefferson and Boone, with telehealth available throughout North Carolina.

Please do not use this form for emergencies or situations requiring immediate crisis intervention. For emergencies, call 911. For mental health crisis support, call or text 988.

What Happens Next?

After a referral is received

Renewed Mind will review the referral information and determine whether the requested services appear appropriate for the practice. When appropriate, the prospective client or parent or guardian will be contacted regarding next steps and scheduling.

Submission of a referral does not guarantee acceptance for services, and referral information does not establish a therapist client relationship.

That last part is important because I don’t want the website implying that clicking Submit means you’ve accepted responsibility for the person.
